In a recent feature from Famitsu, creative director from Atlus’ Studio Zero, Katsura Hashino, confirmed the continuing development status for the upcoming Project Re Fantasy.

Speaking about the game’s development status, Hashino said, “With the world having experienced a flurry of change since last year with the coronavirus, all I can do now is continue to work solemnly. The project in development is now at its climax, so I would like to continue head on to provide the world with interesting gameplay.”

Hopefully, more news regarding this long-awaited title will be on the way in the near future as development continues steadily onward. Project Re Fantasy was originally revealed in December 2016 and is expected to release on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
